Join us in front of the IRS (at 290 Broadway and Duane St. in lower Manhattan) this "Tax Day" — Wednesday, April 15 — as we demonstrate against the estimated 58% of Federal Funds that Trump is spending for his WAR ON IRAN, as well as actions against Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Niger, Somalia, among other countries, INCLUDING military aid for the endless war in Ukraine and funding Israel's attacks on Iran, Lebanon, and against the Palestinian people. All wars K*ll, create refugees, destroy the environment, worsen the climate, and steal resources that could house, clothe, and feed millions. We call for immediate ceasefires and negotiations to put an END TO WAR EVERYWHERE!
In addition, many of us will be openly refusing to pay war taxes to the IRS and instead will be rerouting that money to organizations and people who are underfunded or are suffering because of distorted priorities of the U.S. government.
