You are invited to join us at a special session- No Sugar-Coating: The Bitter-Sweet Truth About Diabetes and How You Can Stay Healthy. The session will take an honest look at diabetes and its impact on communities of color and steps you can take to stay healthy. Speak with medical professionals and get free materials that can help you stay informed. The event is FREE and open to the public and will take place at Tusculum Clinic located at 4901 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN at 11:00 am with plenty of convenient parking.
