The National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), in partnership with 19th Street Baptist Church and community organizations and local leaders, invites you to a dynamic day of health screenings, education, and community connection.
This free community event is designed to bring trusted, culturally responsive health resources directly to you—while highlighting the power of Health Champions in advancing health equity.

Health Champion Expo
- Live demonstrations from trusted community messengers (barbers, stylists, and local leaders)
- FREE Hair cuts and styling!
- Interactive Hair Showcase featuring Health Champions
- Paint & Sip Experience combining creativity with health education
- Opportunities to connect with and become a Health Champion
NMQF Connect Resource Clinic
- Free health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and more)
- Cancer, lupus, and general clinical trial education
- Diabetes and general health resources
- Insurance navigation and referrals for follow-up care
- On-site support from healthcare professionals and community organizations
