Join Us for NLC Atlanta Day at the Capitol!
Thursday, March 14, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Free and Open to the Public
NLC Atlanta is kicking off the Building Power Tour weekend at the Georgia State Capitol.
New Leaders Council (NLC) is a national nonprofit organization that has spent 20 years training and developing the next generation of civic leaders from underrepresented communities. Our alumni are organizers, advocates, elected officials, and community builders working across the country to create change from the inside out.
Power starts here. Join us at the Georgia State Capitol for a morning of legislative updates, community engagement, and connection. Meet the NLC alumni and fellows already changing Georgia, learn more about what NLC has been building for 20 years, and connect with people who are doing the work. Open to everyone. Breakfast included.

The Building Power Tour is made possible by the dedication and generosity of our host committees across the country. These are NLC alumni who have continued to lead long after their fellowship year ended. We are grateful for their commitment to this community and to the next generation of leaders who will follow in their footsteps.
