Join us this May for our new Pathfinder event: Navigating Multigenerational Teams
From Baby Boomers to Gen Z, each generation brings different communication styles, work expectations, motivations, and approaches to leadership.
In this interactive two hour workshop, Navigating Multigenerational Teams, we will explore how these generational differences shape the way teams communicate, collaborate, and make decisions.
During this session, you will learn how to:
• Recognize the defining tendencies of each generation in today’s workforce
• Understand how generational differences influence communication, feedback, and work styles
• Build stronger working relationships across age groups
• Develop strategies to succeed and lead when you are one of the youngest voices in the room
Whether you manage a team, collaborate across departments, or are building your leadership presence early in your career, this workshop will give you practical insights you can use immediately.
This event will take place at 1212 Germantown from 6-8 pm, hosted by the NJC Professional Development Chair, Ben Gilbert. Food will be provided.
