Nikka Whisky x UMAI Sushi Tasting

PYE is delighted to welcome Nikka Global Brand Ambassador, Raphael Cristini to present a one of a kind tasting experince here in our very own Snug Bar. Experince a fusion of flavours, from the elegent yet complex notes of Nikka's whisky, to the subtle and umami-rich tones of freshly prepared sushi by UMAI Dundrum.
The tasting will commence at 7:30pm with doors openning from 7pm. A welcome drink using Nikka's Coffey Gin will be included on arrival, followed by a tasting of 5 whiskies paired with 8 pieces of nigiri sushi. A Dragon Boat buffet will be available from the centre of the room following the tasting, for everyone to experience additonal norimaki rolls and much more.
A special cocktail menu will be available from the bar following the tasting event, featuring signature cocktails made with Nikka's whisky, gin, and vodka. These cocktails will showcase the versatility and unique nature of Nikka's spirits as well as infuse them with several Irish spirits and cocktial culture.
