Night of the Stars 2026 - Team Member Registration

We will be hosting the Night of the Stars Prom Event at West Ridge Church on May 1, 2026. Come along and help us welcome our guests with special eeds. There will be dinner, dancing, games, karaoke and a whole lot of fun. This will be a very exciting night and you will want to be a part of it!

• A current West Ridge Church approved background check is required for a all volunteers age 12 & over. No exceptions. Each person will be notified of their background check status and actions needed once you have registered.
• Volunteers 12 -15 years old must be supervised by a parent or other adult over the age of 18.
• All volunteers serving as Buddies must be at least 15 years old.
• Volunteer childcare is provided for children up to 11 years old. They will have their very own fun experience and dinner.
• ALL Volunteers are expected to stay after the event to assist in clean up.
• Volunteer and Buddy Training are mandatory.
• Guests arrive by 6pm, so everyone else involved, should arrive at their appointed time, shown on each ticket, or NO later than 5:30.
• Free Volunteer meals are available.
• Dress Guidelines are as follows:
• Buddies -Males - Suit & Tie & Ladies - Formal Dress
• *Ladies, please dress modestly
• All Others - TBA
