We are pleased to invite you to the second installment of our Midnight Masquerade gala series: Night of the Dead, a celebration of Hispanic heritage and tradition, held at the iconic Fremont Country Club. This Halloween gathering blends cultural reverence with modern nightlife, creating a space where memory and music coexist. The evening is dedicated to honoring the spirits of those who came before us. Guests are invited to bring photographs, notes, or small offerings to place upon communal altars throughout the venue. These altars serve as the heart of the night, grounding the celebration in love, legacy, and intention.
The evening will feature:
Performances: Live folkloric dance rooted in traditional storytelling with a dark, immersive edge, alongside high-production contemporary performance art.
Music: A curated mix of Latin-inspired darkwave, metal, and alternative sounds with gothic undertones.
Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to wear Día de los Muertos inspired attire, sugar skull makeup, floral crowns, embroidered garments, or elegant skeletal motifs. Whether traditional or gothic, attire should honor the spirit of the celebration. Funeral formal is always welcome.
Costume Contest: A showcase of creativity and artistry reflecting the themes of the night.
Night of the Dead is more than a party; it is a shared remembrance and a living celebration. We look forward to an evening of connection and joy in the dark, as we honor the past and embrace the present.
This is a full weekend experience, with events unfolding from Friday through Sunday. Stay tuned as we reveal the immersive offerings and magical moments that will shape our celebration of the Night of the Dead.
