Brugal rum partners with Michelin-starred chef, Nieves Barragán Mohacho, to bring the warmth of Dominican culture to this five-course communal dining experience, offering the chance to try an exclusive menu paired with bespoke Brugal rum cocktails.
Sip and savour a range of delicious rum cocktails, including The Legacy Spritz, Cafecito Martini, Maestro’s Welcome and The Voyage, accompanied by flavoursome dishes cooked for you by one of the city’s most celebrated Spanish chefs. Dishes will include:
- Figs in tempura, Ajoblanco (Brugal)
- Prawn Croqueta, Classic Velouté (Brugal)
- Turbot, Salsa Verde in Brugal
- Suckling Pig
- Mascarpone Mousse (Brugal), Wild Berries
A first of its kind, continuation of the brand’s ‘La Casa Brugal’ series, this family-style culinary experience is for the most discerning and curious Londoners and all profits will be donated to a local London charity. This partnership celebrates the shared dedication of Nieves and Brugal, a fifth-generation family rum business, to innovation, the fusion of different notes, flavours and traditions that have been passed down by their respective families.
