Across three hours, you’ll be guided through reflection, grounding techniques and a breathwork journey that not only calms your nervous system and lowers stress, but also creates space to meet yourself more deeply and connect meaningfully with others.Together we'll:

• Re-gain a calmer, clearer mind & more energy
• Embody a deeper sense of self-awareness and compassion for yourself
• Explore our current beliefs, stories and patterns holding us back from stepping into the new
What to bring: a blanket, pillow/ bolster (optional), water, a journal, pen and curiosity (mats provided).
