About this Event
The Nourished Woman Gathering is a monthly experience designed to bring women together in a warm, supportive space for connection, reflection, education and inspiration. Each session begins seated in circle with a guided mindfulness or meditation practice to help you slow down and arrive more fully in the moment. From there, we’ll explore nutrition, lifestyle and supplement education on a specific health and wellness topic, followed by open conversation with optional sharing with thoughtful prompts to encourage connection and insight. Light snacks, herbal tea, and water will be provided as we settle into a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Occasional elements such as journaling, aromatherapy, gentle movement or simple food demonstrations may be woven in to deepen the experience. This is a space to be seen, heard, supported, and inspired, just as you are.
This Month: Finding Calm Within
This month, we’ll gently explore how stress shows up in our daily lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and how it can influence our sense of energy, rest, and overall well-being. Rather than focusing on fixing or changing anything, this evening invites you to slow down, become more aware, and begin to soften your response to stress through simple practices, reflection, education and shared conversation. Together, we’ll create space for greater ease, connection, and a deeper sense of calm within.
