Friday Next Step Yoga 4pm-5.30pmAnya is teaching hatha yoga with Iyengar influences. This is a ‘Next Step’ class suitable for students with previous yoga experience. Class will include standing positions and Inversions. We are using yoga belts and ropes. Previous yoga experience is required .All Yoga equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own – if you wish.
