Whether you’re a seasoned trainer or someone who just loves showing up and giving it a crack, this event is built for everyone.
This is a team competition where you and your teammates take on five varied workouts across the day. Each workout is designed to challenge strength, fitness, teamwork, and mindset while remaining fully scalable for all abilities.

- And you’ll leave feeling proud of what you and your team achieved.
This isn’t about finding the “fittest” person in the gym.
It’s about:

With music pumping, judges cheering, and the whole gym buzzing, The Next Level Games turns the gym floor into an event atmosphere you won’t forget.
EVENT FORMAT
Teams of 4 (2 male, 2 Female)
5 events total
Two teams compete at each station
Built-in rest periods so you can recover and enjoy the day
Teams rotate through events in opposite directions to keep things moving smoothly
Every team completes every event.
