Discovering & Freeing Your Voice
A One-Day Embodied Voice Workshop
🕘 9:00am – 5:00pm
Your voice is more than sound — it is an expression of your inner world.
This one-day immersive workshop is an invitation to discover, free, and embody your authentic voice.
It is not about learning to sing or performing in any way.
It is about feeling safe, comfortable, and empowered to use your voice as a tool for expression, presence, connection and self healing.
Many of us carry unexpressed feelings, held emotions, or long-suppressed sounds in the body. The voice is one of the most direct pathways to meet, feel, and gently release what has not yet been expressed.
Throughout the day, we will explore the voice as a somatic and embodied experience, supported by education, curiosity, and compassion.
What we will explore
• The anatomy of the voice — understanding how sound is created and embodied
• Gentle vocal toning practices
• Free voice and intuitive vocal expression (no musical experience required)
• Simple somatic exercises to connect voice, breath, and body
• Creating safety and confidence to express from within
• Listening to your voice as a messenger, not something to control or judge
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is for anyone who:
• Feels blocked, shy, or disconnected from their voice
• Wants to express more freely — emotionally, creatively, or energetically
• Is curious about voice as a healing and embodiment practice
• Works with people (therapists, facilitators, healers) and wants deeper vocal awareness
• Simply wants to feel more at home in their own voice
No singing experience is needed.
You don’t need to “sound good.”
You only need a willingness to listen and explore.
The space
The day will be held in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental container, allowing each participant to move at their own pace. There is no pressure to perform or share beyond what feels right for you.
This is about honouring your voice as it is.
Facilitated by Ram and Bhavani
Cost $195
