Join Newry Couch to 5k!
8-week program
2 sessions per week Tuesday and Thursday
Venue: St Coleman’s Track Newry
Time: 5 30 – 6 30 pm
Cost: £30 per person
First session: Tuesday 24th March
Graduation will be at Newry parkrun

Wear suitable clothing for the weather, running trainers and bring a drink.
You should be able to walk for 30 minutes before starting the program.
If you have any medical problems that may affect you taking part in the program, please check with your GP before registering.
