Take a step back in time to Newport, RI!Welcome to the Newport Jazz Age Weekend, a tribute to the music and fashion of the 1920's-40's! Hosted by the Greater Boston Vintage Society, this event allows you to live in one of 3 Gilded Age estates owned by Salve Regina University. We will be returning to our location on Ruggles Ave, right next to the famous Breakers Mansion. Friday night includes a complimentary cocktail social hour. Then, Saturday is our grand lawn party picnic with musical accompaniment by the Nouveau Jazz band.
Plus, we have now added a formal dinner option on Saturday night at an historic estate downtown which will also feature live music and dancing! We are partnering this year with the Brighton Bazaar, who will be running a vintage vendor show at this location during the day. Guests can attend the whole weekend or buy a Day Ticket for just Saturday. See our website for info about all options and registration. Day Tickets will go on sale Patriots Day (4/20) at noon.
