About this Event
This dual fitness and meditation yoga sculpt is for people who not only want a great and fun workout, but also struggle with fitness goals and resolutions. Take class with me, Max, a trained martial artist, yoga and fitness instructor.
What matters most is that you show up. Why? Because that is often the hardest, most incorrigible part of any resolution.
We find all sorts of ways to rationalize toward the things that feel comfortable, like staying home, even when know we have goals. It doesn't mean you're dumb, or lazy. It's much more, which is precisely what we'll explore in this class.
Threaded throughout the workout and meditation, we'll discuss:
consistency over intensity
cognitive framing
self empowerment
self esteem vs motivation
mindfulness

Info: If you're new to yoga or yoga sculpt, don't worry. It's similar to pilates, think yoga, weights, music, and fun vibes:) Throughout the work out, we'll practice mindfulness, self empowerment, and more as it relates to pushing through and feeling good about it. Moderate your intensity as you see fit, it all depends on your fitness goals, your resolution to yourself

Info: Arguably the best part of class! We'll cool down and stretch after a good work, reflect on what the principles we went over, and end with meditation.
