New Year's Sankalpa: Reiki Restorative
with Yoga Nidra and Intention-Setting

Bring in the new year intentionally in a pool of healing relaxation, love, and inner-peace. Come receive Reiki while being fully held and supported in restful restorative yoga poses, followed by intention-setting and a rejuvenating yoga nidra practice. You will also receive a crystal charged with your Sankalpa (or intention) to take home with you.
Reiki is gentle- yet effective- energy work to open and balance the energy centers of the body called the chakras.
Yoga Nidra is a lie-down, near sleep-based meditation that resets the nervous system, cleanses the koshas (layers of the subtle body), and rewires the brain using Sankalpa (intention), creating harmony within your soul, your life, and the universe.
Please bring a journal and a pen to the event.
