On this unforgettable night, guests will indulge in a modern Indian five-course dinner created by Chef Sunit Sharma, whose mastery of Indian cuisine brings forth a tapestry of flavors — delicately spiced, thoughtfully layered, and presented with contemporary finesse. Each dish serves as a chapter in a sensory journey, inviting guests to savor the richness of tradition, elevated by modern technique.
Those wishing to deepen the experience may enhance their meal with an optional three-course wine pairing, selected to complement the warmth of the spices, the richness of the sauces, and the subtleties of each course.
