Join us for a rejuvenating start to the new year at The Yoga Shala with our 90 minute vinyasa practice. A full embodied practice of asana, pranayama and movement, the perfect way to begin 2026, creating a fluid connection between mind and body.

Eilidh’s roots are in the ashtanga practice and this influences her vinyasa offerings; creating a strong fluid practice of breath work, asana and awareness. She thrives in the discipline, observation and commitment of regular yoga, although ensures a lighthearted attitude in teachings!
Eilidh's classes blend the steadiness of meditation and strong, fluid movement of vinyasa.
