Take a pause in the middle of your day and join us for a relaxed, feel-good painting session at Nibble NQ.
Paint & Pause is a calm, welcoming space to slow down, be creative, and connect - no art experience needed. Everything is prepared for you, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the moment.
The painting is simple and guided, designed to help you switch off rather than “get it right.”, plus enjoy great coffee and drinks from Nibble’s menu, and use thoughtful conversation cards to spark meaningful but comfortable chats, starting light and naturally going deeper for those who wish.
You’re welcome to come on your own (we encorage it!) or with friends. The space is small and intentional, making it easy to feel at ease and included.
What’s included:
- A guided painting session on paper (all materials provided), with mini canvases available if you’d like to level up
- One complimentary drink from Nibble NQ
- Table-based conversation prompts (from a therapist-designed toolkit)
- A relaxed, supportive atmosphere in a beautiful local café
Food & drinks:
Nibble NQ’s full café menu will be available to order from during the session. Any food or additional drinks can be purchased directly on the day.
