About this Event
New Year, New You is a an intentially curated experience featuring a 60-minute, instructor-led Pilates-inspired fitness class designed to energize your body and reset your mindset in an elevated coastal setting.
Following the workout, guests are invited to cool down, stretch, hydrate, and connect with fellow attendees while receiving a curated wellness gift bag featuring product samplings from select health & wellness, fitness, and beauty partners.
SCHEDULE
- 9:00-9:30 AM — Guest arrival & check-in
- 9:30–10:30 AM — Workout session
- 10:30–11:00 AM — Cool-down, stretching, hydration & gift bag distribution
