About this Event
Join us for a Kundalini Yoga Sangat, an intentional community gathering guided by Adriana of LoveDriven, whose work centers on devotional practice, nervous system regulation, and heart-led living.
Sangat comes from the Sanskrit saṃgatam, meaning “coming together.” Also known as Sat Sangat or “True Company,” it refers to a spiritual fellowship where community gathers in shared presence, practice, and intention.
As a collective, we gather to move from “Me” to “We.”
In the Aquarian Age, this shift toward unity invites us to breathe as One, chant as One voice, and stretch and heal together—as One body, One Soul.
The Kundalini Yoga Sangat is a celebration of the Living Guru within each of us—the inner teacher that guides us toward awareness, compassion, and truth.
What the Afternoon Includes
This immersive experience is designed to be spacious, grounding, and nourishing, offering both structure and spaciousness throughout the afternoon:
• A 90-minute Kundalini Yoga class, themed and guided by Adriana
• Pranayama (yogic breathing) to align body, mind, and spirit and initiate Siri Akal—the Great Infinite
• A Kundalini Kriya (yoga set) designed to build and activate the Radiant Light Body
• Ayurvedic lunch served on-site
• White Tantric–style group meditation (30 minutes)
• Sound Bath (30 minutes)
• Optional henna station available throughout the afternoon
Group Meditation (White Tantric–Inspired)
This Sangat includes a group meditation inspired by White Tantric Yoga, a traditional partner-based practice involving gentle eye contact. This ancient meditation supports the release of subconscious patterns and emotional blocks, helping reset the nervous system and support deep healing in a safe, guided group environment.
“The beauty of White Tantric Yoga is that it is subtle, it is exalting, and it works to give you the mastery of life.”

Together, these practices help to clear the subconscious, reset the nervous system, and awaken the Eternal Heart.
Adriana’s teaching weaves movement, breath, mantra, meditation, and sound to support self-awakening, emotional clearing, embodied awareness, and collective healing. This Sangat is an invitation to slow down, practice together, and reconnect—with yourself and with community.
