Kickoff the new year with an intention to live your best life yet. During an 8 week immersion, we will throw out our filters and fears and celebrate the awesomeness of being our genuine selves. Using a combination of our vinyasa yoga classes, breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, and home lifestyle practices, we will practice becoming quiet, listening, connecting with - and living - our deepest truths. Our experience is enhanced by the beauty of our surroundings as we practice at the beautiful Union Street Yoga, surrounded by candlelight, diffusing oils, and a hypnotic playlist…all designed to guide us out of our minds and into a moving meditation. And from there, everything unfolds.
Schedule:
(1) kickoff retreat: Saturday, Jan. 4 11-1pm
(2) weekly vinyasa class: Tuesdays, Jan 7-March 4, 7-8pm (no class Feb. 18 school vacation week).
(3) ongoing private virtual group
Total cost: $130 due Jan. 2
