Step into the exciting world of fencing with our Beginner Fencing Course — perfect for anyone with little to no prior experience! This dynamic and engaging program introduces you to the fundamentals of one of the most elegant and fast-paced Olympic sports.
Throughout the course, you'll learn:
Basic footwork and blade techniques
Rules, etiquette, and scoring
Proper stance, movement, and timing
Safety practices and use of equipment
Each session combines drills, guided practice, and fun sparring exercises to build skill and confidence. All equipment is provided — just bring comfortable athletic wear and a willingness to try something new!
