New Year, Elevated: Intention, Alignment & Renewal

This 90-minute New Year’s Day experience is a powerful pause to reset, reconnect, and consciously step into the version of you who is ready for more—more alignment, more peace, more fulfillment.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, cozy space. Light snacks and refreshments will be available. McClain, a certified relationship coach, will guide an inspiring group coaching experience focused on clarifying your intention for the year ahead, identifying who you need to be to bring it to life, and taking grounded, doable steps toward your future self. This is uplifting, energizing coaching—no pressure, no oversharing—just insight, clarity, and momentum.

Rae will then lead a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls and chimes to help you release old patterns, clear stagnant energy, and create space for what you’re calling in next. Expect deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and a felt sense of renewal.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, expanded, and intentionally launched into 2026.
