Description
Celebrate the culinary creativity of The Big Easy as you enjoy making some of the classic cuisine found in fine restaurants around the city. You'll create a baked oyster appetizer topped with shrimp, mushrooms, bell peppers, bechamel & cheese; a pasta salad with an assortment of olives, meats and cheeses; a filet of beef with a rich crawfish sauce; creamy grits with corn and spicy sausage; and, for a fabulous finale, a traditional dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
