Now working exclusively as a personal chef and caterer, she has expanded her culinary expertise far beyond pasta while staying rooted in the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. Her dishes reflect her unique creativity and passion, making this event a true celebration of Italian cuisine.
This unforgettable evening will feature a sumptuous five-course Italian-inspired menu crafted by Chef Elena for one-night-only. Hot Fried Dough with Rosemary, Sea Salt & Honey, served with Tuscan Salame and Prosciutto
First Course:
Carrot Flan with Almond Crumble, paired with Parmigiano Fondue

Third Course:
