About this Event

A nurturing Sunday afternoon to rest, reflect and restore in a truly beautiful space. A New Moon is the perfect time reflect and to set new intentions with clear energy.

Yoga:

We will start with a 45minute gentle yoga flow, combining breathing, meditation and a sequence of flowing postures focussed on the new moon. Suitable for all levels, everyone is welcome to flow.

Cacao:

After yoga, we will take a moment to settle, get cosy and drink a warming cup of cacao. Rich in natural antioxidants and known for its heart opening properties, cacao has been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures in South America. A perfect time for clarity and setting intentions in your mind.

Crystal bowl sound bath:

Following cacao, we will then relax into a soothing, healing sounth bath. Feel enveloped by the healing vibrations and frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, together with the gentle ocean drum, wind chimes and shell shakers. Float into a state of utter relaxation, reduce stress and find emotional balance.

New Moon in Libra:

This new moon in Libra is linked to the principals of balance, harmony and partnerships. A time to cultivate an energy of peace, love and understanding. An opportunity to set positive intentions in our minds.
