New Moon Yoga & Snacks Gathering — April Edition 🌑🌸
Our April gathering will take place a few days before the New Moon —
a beautiful time to clear space and gently prepare for a new cycle.
As spring continues to unfold, many of us start to feel a quiet shift —
a natural desire to move more freely, refresh the body,
and welcome new energy after the heaviness of winter.
This practice will focus on encouraging circulation,
supporting natural detoxification, and awakening fresh vitality in the body 🌿
Through dynamic yet mindful movement, we’ll:
• Stimulate digestion and lymphatic flow
• Use twists to release stagnation
• Open the hips and side body to create space
• Build warmth and strength without strain
