Reka, Empress You Are, and Tisse come together to offer this special Women’s Circle.
The new moon is a natural time to reset, for returning to ourselves, releasing energy that is no longer needed in our bodies, and tuning in to more of what we’re wanting.
Empress You Are will begin our evening together with a Mini Herbal Tea Experience where we'll explore the magic of herbs, tune into your intuition, and dive into the energetics and benefits of each herb in the blend we’ll be drinking.
As the journey unfolds, we’ll transition into a powerful rhythm experience with Reka featuring live drumming. A variety of drums from around the world will be used and multi-cultural rhythms will be explored. Each participant will get to have their own drum to learn and express with. Together, we’ll tap into the heartbeat within, using the drum as a guide for release, empowerment, and authentic self-expression.
Then, you will then be guided in a movement practice to help you reconnect with your body and the joy of expressing rhythm physically. This approach supports you in feeling into the music and allowing movement to happen vs learning set dance moves. We will then take turns drumming and dancing for each other and getting to experience the power of this rhythmic collaboration.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to feel, move, and be present. This is a space for women to reconnect with themselves, be held in community, and honor their rhythm.
