Step into the quiet magic of the May New Moon a moment to pause, release, and plant the seeds of your intentions. As spring’s energy deepens, this is the perfect time to rest, reflect, and invite gentle beginnings.
Begin your evening with a cup of soothing herbal tea, taking a few moments to arrive and settle. Then, lie comfortably among mats, blankets, and props as waves of sound from crystal bowls, gongs, and your meditation flow chime wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation.
This sound bath is designed to:
- Support letting go of what no longer serves
- Open space for clarity, intention, and renewal
- Nourish the body, mind, and spirit through sound
No prior experience is needed, simply bring yourself and an openness to the moment.
🌿 Schedule
4.15 – 4.30pm Herbal tea & arrival
4.30 – 5.30pm Guided meditation & full sound bath
A serene space to honour the New Moon, reflect inward, and set gentle intentions for the weeks ahead.
Please arrive between 4.15 and 4.25 to settle into your space and have a lovely cup of herbal tea.
The Sound Bath will begin at 4.30pm.
Please wear warm and comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Everything else is provided for.
