About this Event
Join us for a magical experience of relaxing under the energy of the New Moon into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing. We will have to sessions for you to choose from.T his healing experience focused on Sound vibration, reiki and flower essences for alignment, release and calm.
We'll be exploring this powerful natural medicine and how it can empower our physical and emotional wellbeing, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and ensuring easier, more consistent sleep and relaxation.
You'll benefit from a healing experience where you'll get to connect to the frequencies of nature-based essences and the innate healing within ourselves.
This is a transformative opportunity to share a special experience with some favourite plant allies and other aligned souls.
You will receive two different flower essences during this experience.
Please note that by attending this event, participants provide consent for our practitioner to come in physical contact with you so they can provide reiki support throughout the session.

Instructor: Isabel
Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive.
Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.
Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Radical Self-Acceptance Workshop and also Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.
Isabel believes in holding space for people to rediscover the light that shines brightly within them, and that with love and kindness, all can be conquered.

Event Details
Location: 10550 115 ST NW, Edmonton Alberta (Secret Garden located in the same building as Brew & Bloom, behind the cafe.)
Proceeds goes towards organizing future learning experiences.
To respect everyone's experience, we will close doors 5 minutes after start time of the event so attendees are not disrupted.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that this event requires a minimum number of ticket sales to proceed. If we don't meet the minimum tickets sold, we will notify you via email 48 hours prior the event for cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
LATE POLICY:
- Classes start promptly at 6:30 PM.
- The instructor locks the door at the start time to begin on schedule and honour attendees who arrived on time.
- Once the class has started, latecomers cannot be admitted.
- Missed classes are non-refundable, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
DROP IN'S:
