About this Event
A 3-part Sangha Series of Yoga, Sound, Reiki, & Art Under the New Moon
July 24 • August 23 • September 17
Each New Moon invites us to pause, tune in, and reconnect with our inner truth. This three-part New Moon Sangha series blends yogic wisdom, Vedic astrology, meditation/breathwork, creative ritual, sound healing, and reiki in a space of soulful community.
Together, we’ll explore seasonal spiritual themes through grounding practice and intuitive art, co-facilitated by Kyra and Karen. No experience is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
✨ July 24 — The Inner Teacher
Under the rare Guru Puṣya Yoga, we’ll explore how to access your inner wisdom through yogic teachings, grounding yoga, and intuitive collage.
🕯 August 23 — Crown of the Ancestors
A ritual of remembrance and sovereignty. Connect to ancestral wisdom, reclaim your inner throne, and align with heart-led dharma through meditation and sacred ceremony.
🌞 September 17 — Seeds of Service
As the moon wanes, plant intentions of soul-aligned action. Explore how to serve from the Self with creative embodiment practices and collective reflection.
🌀 Each Gathering Includes:
- Yogic & Vedic wisdom teachings
- Reflective journaling & discussion
- Gentle, grounding meditation/breathwork with sound healing and reiki
- Intuitive/meditative art-making
Come for one or journey through all three. Let each New Moon be a portal to presence, purpose, and inner peace.
Tea will be provided at 6:45pm. Doors will close at 7pm and we'll wrap up just before 8:30pm!
📍Location:
