The unconscious mind is, by definition, un-known. Unconscious. What is unconscious remains a mystery. Not something we can fully grasp with our rational minds. The unconscious is unconscious because it operates beyond our awareness, shaping our emotions, instincts and behaviors in ways we cannot always name. Unlike the conscious mind, which seeks to explain and categorize, the unconscious moves through images, sensations and impulses.
This New Moon in Pisces, challenges us to integrate the paradox of knowing and not knowing. It sparks boundless intuition, stirring up both curiosity and uncertainty. We may feel an urge to explain what defies explanation, to rationalize the ineffable. But this moment calls for trust over analysis, surrender over control. Creativity becomes a portal to self-understanding, a way to meet the depths of our psyche with gentleness rather than control.
Join us on this special New Moon at the Portal of Spring Equinox to explore this further, along tools and practices designed to fully release and explore what’s been hidden in the subconscious mind – creative assets, ideas, feelings, the expansion of intuition. Our Session will open with a spring focused Yin Yoga & Sound Vibrations class, to allow the body to soften and release, while enjoying mellow tunes, sound healing, as well as tuning forks and singing bowl massages having these tools placed on the body. The second part of this workshops will let you dive deeper with VaniDevi exploring Psychedelic Breath.
