You’re a fusion dancer and you’ve always wondered where these lovely Balfolk dancers in our community come from? Or you’re a Folky waiting for a good chance to dip your toes into Fusion? You’re already active in both communities or you just love to dance and want to find out what Fusion and Balfolk are all about?
This is the perfect event for you!
At “Folk! To Fusion”, I want to bring these two worlds together and create a space where we can find each other and explore dancing together! Come join me in Zurich!

8 pm - 9 pm: Consent workshop
9 pm - open end: Fusion party with Live music by the amazing Sia Liebermann and wonderful DJ:anes who will blend some Balfolk into their Sets to get you into the mood.
Saturday @Gemeindezentrum Hirzenbach, Helen-Keller-Strasse 55,�8051 Zürich
2-3:30 pm: Workshop Fusion for Balfolk dancers
3:45-5 pm: Workshop Irregular waltz
7:30-8:30 pm: Workshop Balfolk for Fusion dancers
8:30 pm-12 am: Bal with Luca Fiorini and L’air inconnu
12 am-4 am: Fusion afterparty

Prices and Volunteering: This event is non-profit. Which means I will have to ask for a financial contribution to pay all artists fairly and for the venues but I’m also relying on your help to take over small volunteering shifts during the event.
The pricing structure follows a pay-what-you-can approach. In order to allow people with a less fortunate financial situation to still join the event, I am inviting those who can to pay more for their ticket.
To approximately break even the median costs would be:
Full Pass: 105 CHF
Party Pass: 80 CHF
Saturday Day Pass: 55 CHF
Saturday Bal: 35 CHF
