About this Event
People have gathered in ceremonious circles based on the cycles of the moon throughout history. These circles were a ritual to connect with the natural world, each other, and celebrate connection. New Moon Ritual provides a safe sacred environment to explore your inner world and learn ways to bridge the medicine of your heart forth into daily life.
The structure of each gathering includes organic herbal tea (bring your own mug please), differing spiritual education and how to lean into a greater understanding of yourself, journaling/insight inquiry, somatic movements and meditation, sharing circles, soundscape integration and a guided hypno-therapeutic journey for self healing and deep restoration.
Facilitated by Kristina Renée, a dedicated Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, teacher, visionary, mother and transformative counselor in service to the reclamation of spiritually, this monthly ritual is a special, safe, and sacred space - allowing you to show up as you are. Kristina integrates aspects of her private practice of Depth Hypnosis, a Spiritual Counseling method, into the group setting, allowing you to enter your own spiritual awakening path at your own pace and in a tender and nurturing group container.
You are warmly invited to join and widen your mind and heart to receive in community. Community and connection is an antidote to uncertainty and chaos both around us and within us. We come together to remember our shared humanity and interconnectedness.
This event is available in-person and via Livestream. It is not recorded to secure the safety and respect of the circle.
Doors Open 15 minutes before we begin. Please arrive early to settle into the sacred space.
