Empowered Self Defense for body, mind, and spirit. Building Confidence, Situational Awareness, and basic Krav Maga methodologies for confronting difficult circumstances. Krav Maga methodology is based on the Israli Combative Martial Arts designed for all body types, all ages, all fitness levels, using our bodies natural movements. How can you protect and defend yourself? Class will be taught in a safe and trauma informed setting for Women only. Recommended ages 14 and higher.

I am quite passionate about empowering women to protect themselves (mind.body.spirit) and I am on a personal mission to combat the unfortunate statistics which suggests that 1/3 women may experience some sort of attempted assault in their lifetime. We can change these statistics with knowledge, confidence and empowerment to learn skills that will last a lifetime. Over the years, in talking with women, I find that some may have anxiety or reluctance to walk into a studio for training, as it can be intimidating for them. Or some women may think they are too old to learn new skills, or may think they are not in the best physical shape to learn these defense skills. Some women may not make themselves a priority and allow themselves the time in their busy lives to learn these essential skills... At Global Martial Arts, we have students from 4years old to 76years old of all fitness levels! Krav Maga Self Defense is specifically designed for everyday people to learn and use… to use our bodies natural instincts/natural responses for self defense. WE ALL DESERVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO DEFEND OURSELVES, NO MATTER OUR PHYSICAL SHAPE, PHYSICAL LIMITATION, CHALLENGED MINDSET OR AGE. I have put together this introductory workshop to provide a WOMEN'S ONLY space in a safe and trauma informed setting. Workshop is designed for women beginners to self defense, all fitness levels, ages 14+.
