The session includes:

✨ A grounding welcome circle with warm, heart-opening cacao

✨ Three 15-minute sauna rounds, with cool-down breaks and an optional cold plunge

✨ Integration time with light refreshments around the fire, as the light fades and the new moon rises between the trees

Step into a space to release, reset, and reconnect — leaving feeling balanced, restored, and gently renewed.

What to Bring:
1. Swimwear. Come 'Sauna ready' as facilities are limited

• Two towels (one for the sauna, one for drying)
• Flip flops
• Water bottle
• A blanket for round the fire if you wish
