New Moon Renewal: Sauna & Cacao

A nurturing session aligned with the new moon’s transformative energy, blending traditional sauna practice with mindful intention.
The session includes:
✨ A grounding welcome circle with warm, heart-opening cacao
✨ Three 15-minute sauna rounds, with cool-down breaks and an optional cold plunge
✨ Integration time with light refreshments around the fire, as the light fades and the new moon rises between the trees
Step into a space to release, reset, and reconnect — leaving feeling balanced, restored, and gently renewed.
What to Bring:
1. Swimwear. Come 'Sauna ready' as facilities are limited
- Two towels (one for the sauna, one for drying)
- Flip flops
- Water bottle
- A blanket for round the fire if you wish
