New Moon Reiki & Sound Experience

It's the first New Moon of 2026 and we've already witnessed so much. Let's integrate this New Moon energy and plant some seeds of intention for ourselves and the collective.

Sound Healing and Reiki are different forms of energy healing. Sound uses various healing frequencies to soothe the nervous system, calm anxiety and release pent up energy. Reiki is the channelling of Universal Life Force Energy to induce a state of deep calm, supporting the body's natural healing abilities. The combination of Sound and Reiki work beautifully together often leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvinated, with a sense of clarity and an empowered connection to self.

Sound Healing and Reiki are not associated with any religion- all dieties and belief systems are honored here. You don't need to have any prior experience- just come with an open heart and mind.

This gathering is a collaboration between Therese and Lizzy . Therese begins with a short guided meditation and immerses you into the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other beautiful healing instruments. As you drift into a state of deep relaxation, Lizzy will offer Reiki to each participant.

Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early, mingle, enjoy a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card or two. The experience is 45-55 minutes long plus time for connection and sharing before and after. All are welcome!

Dress comfortably! Yoga mat, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (for example an additional blanket, pillow, or eye cover). There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
