About this Event
Limminal is a somatic meditative flow designed to reduce stress, release stored emotions and restore energetic balance.
We are going to harness a potent energy surge of the New Moon, a time of fresh beginnings and untapped potential, which presents a unique opportunity to set intentions and manifest your deepest desires.
About the class:
This meditative flow is designed to help you enter a slight trance, an altered state where you will be able to quiet your mind, and really connect to your heart and body.
We will begin with some balancing and energising breathwork, then move to the flow, building our energy slowly and reaching a peak, where hopefully some kind of release happens for you. We will then follow by grounding our energy and finish with a still guided meditation when you will enter the quantum realm—a space of infinite possibilities—to shift your reality and align with the version of yourself that has already achieved your dreams and desires.
This practice will help you activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your inner resources while harmonising and balancing your body and mind. An opportunity to tune in and reconnect with your inner wisdom while accessing altered states of awareness where physical and energetic shifts can occur, leaving you with a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and well-being.
