As the powerful energy of the New Moon in Capricorn rises on Monday, December 30th, We warmly invite you to join us for a transformative Kundalini Yoga and breathwork journey on a Sunday, December 29th, a day before the New Moon. This new moon offers us a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for our dreams, goals and setting clear intentions that will lead to lasting change. On our first practice, we will focus on rooting and grounding, where I will guide you through a series of Kundalini Yoga exercises and Kriyas designed to ground, empower and strengthen your magnetic field . We’ll activate the Root and Solar Plexus Chakras, as these two energy centers are key for building the discipline, focus, and confidence necessary to manifest our dreams and goals.
The second part of our journey will be a Conscious Connected Breathwork session—a profound breathing technique that helps shift your awareness from the mind into the emotional body. This practice allows us to complete unfinished emotional cycles, release stored energy or tension, and free ourselves from unconscious blocks. This Breathwork deepens the connection between mind, body, and spirit, fostering a heightened sense of self-awareness and inner peace.
Throughout this journey, you’ll have the opportunity to connect deeply with the energy of your intentions, desires, and goals, feeling them as if they’ve already manifested in your life. We’ll breath together to ethereal, curated music to support your journey.
We’ll then seal our practice with a beautiful meditation for new beginnings, designed to anchor and integrate the energy we’ve cultivated and align us with the clarity and focus needed to step confidently into the future.
