You are warmly invited to gather for a New Moon in Taurus Ceremony, a quiet return to slow down and reconnect with what feels steady, nourishing, and real.
This ceremony will weave together flower essences, guided meditation, and a deeply immersive sound bath. Flower essences will gently support emotional and energetic alignment, while meditation helps us attune to our inner knowing. The evening will conclude with a restorative sound bath, allowing vibration and resonance to integrate your intentions and guide you into deep relaxation.
We will begin with a guided New Moon in Taurus information (think story time) supported by flower essences thoughtfully chosen to harmonize with the Taurus energy of grounded presence, steadiness, and the deep wisdom within your body. These gentle plant allies may be received internally or applied externally, working on the level of emotion, spirit, and nervous system to calm the body, soften mental noise, and create spaciousness for insight and intention. As the essences settle, you’ll be guided inward to reflect on what is ready to dissolve, forgive, or be released, allowing old emotional tides to ebb away with compassion.
Soft, flowing tones of 432hz singing crystal bowls will accompany this journey, weaving with the breath and inner awareness like ripples across still water. Through breath, visualization, and moments of quiet stillness, we will plant seeds for the new lunar cycle, not through force, but through gentle alignment with intuition and inner truth. Under the fertile darkness of the New Moon, intentions are placed like seeds in deep water, held in trust before they emerge into form.
The Taurus New Moon carries the energy of grounding and gentle beginnings, inviting us to slow down and return to what feels steady and supportive within us. Under this quiet sky, we create space to listen inward, soften our body, release what no longer nourishes us, and set intentions for what we are ready to grow with care, patience, and trust in our natural timing.
Following the ceremony, you will be transformed with a guided full-body tension release and visualization and immersed in a full sound bath experience, surrounded by the resonant waves of the Chinese Chau gong, singing crystal bowls, crystal harp, swinging meditation chime, crystal pyramid, and various chimes. Layers of sound and vibration gently wash through the body, guiding you into deeper states of rest, receptivity, and integration. The sound becomes both ocean and container — supporting release, nervous system regulation, and embodied stillness as intentions settle into the subconscious and unfold naturally in the cycle ahead.
Come as you are. Leave grounded, clear, and gently aligned with the moon's rhythm. Please bring items that will aid your comfort: a pillow, a padded mat, a blanket, a journal for meditation prompts, water, etc.

Her approach blends traditional plant medicine with vibrational healing to support overall well-being.
Kismet Travel: Nicole Oakland is a traveler, connector, and founder of Kismet Travel Company. Drawing from years of global travel and intuitive practice, she creates experiences rooted in reflection, connection, and community—both locally and through her curated international retreats for women. With a long-standing background in intuitive bodywork, plant medicine, and holistic wellness, she is excited to bring that same spirit of curiosity and connection into these monthly New Moon ceremonies.
Hearthsounds Sound Healing: Gabrielle Urbani is a sound healing practitioner and multi-instrumentalist whose personal journey has been transformed through sound-based healing, plant medicine, and holistic approaches that support emotional and physical well-being. My work is informed by the study of music theory, brainwave states, and the effects of sound and vibration on the physical and spiritual body, blending intuitive practice with intentional, research-informed foundations.
