New Moon in Pisces Sound Therapy & Intention Setting

Join me in this cozy, intimate setting as we begin the Pisces moon cycle with a pause to go inward and set intentions aligned to your creative, empathic and compassionate energy. You will experience gentle yoga, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and yoga Nidra. The session will end with a soothing Sound Therapy consisting of the Crystal Quartz singing bowls to align your enery, the grounding music of the Native American flute, AND an INDIVIDUAL energy clearing with the crystal merkaba.
Meditation cushions and blankets are provided, yet feel free to bring your own.
