New Moon in Aries Sound Bath with Reiki ✨

Join me for a powerful evening of sound healing, Reiki, and intention setting under the energising New Moon in Aries. This is a potent time of new beginnings — an opportunity to reset your energy, ignite your inner fire, and plant the seeds for what you wish to create in the lunar cycle ahead.

During this deeply restorative experience, you will be guided through a gentle Reiki meditation to help you ground, centre, and open your energy field. From here, you will be softly led into a deeply immersive Sound Bath, using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and sacred percussion instruments to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

The vibrations of sound work on a cellular level, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and creating space for emotional release, integration, and renewal. As the frequencies wash through the body, many people experience a sense of profound relaxation, clarity, and energetic realignment.

As the sound journey comes to a close, we will move into a gentle period of integration, allowing the body and mind to absorb the experience. The evening will conclude with oracle card guidance, offering reflective insight and intuitive messages to support your intentions for the new lunar cycle.

· Yoga mat or reclining chair (you’ll be lying down during the sound journey)

Important Information:

· Doors open at 19:30 — please arrive promptly to settle in.

· Doors close at 19:45 sharp (no late entry to preserve the sacred space).

· Free parking on local streets.

· Nearest Tube Stations: Wanstead & Snaresbrook.

· No previous experience necessary

· If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the bowls.

· If you have any sensitivities to sound, please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

· If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions to support yourself.
