The New Moon is a time of beginnings—a quiet, fertile moment to dream, envision, and plant the seeds of what you wish to call into being. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the cycle ahead with clarity and purpose.
As the night sky turns inward, the New Moon reminds us to honor the stillness, trust the unseen, and reconnect with the deep well of intuition within. It’s a sacred space to release old stories, rest into the mystery, and open yourself to new possibilities.
Our intention for this gathering is to create a nurturing container where you can reconnect with yourself and the cycles of nature. Through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, we’ll shed what no longer serves, realign with our inner truth, and plant the seeds of intention for the month ahead.
What to Expect:
We begin with a grounding meditation and an intention-setting ritual attuned to the energy of the New Moon. Then, we move through a guided Vinyasa Yoga flow, a restorative Breath and Sound Healing Journey, and close with meditation and group connection through shared reflection and lunar renewal.
Your Guides:
✨ Alia is a breathwork and sound facilitator who creates immersive, full-body healing experiences through the senses—blending movement, vibration, aromatherapy, and energy awareness. With a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, she helps people connect deeply with their inner wisdom and emotional balance.
