About this Event
The September New Moon falls on Sunday 21st in the astrological sign of Virgo, an Earth sign known for precision, intelligence, dedication and service to others. This is a perfect time to set intentions related to new beginnings regarding work, attention to details, fitness, health regimes, and daily routines.
What better a day to gift yourself with a cacao ceremony and a yin yoga class than a Sunday on the New Moon? To come home to the heart and soul, to take care of and connect with the body and what you need going forwards in these coming months.
Cacao is a beautiful heart opening medicine from South America. We will be working with CacaoAmor from Equador.
The season is late summer turning towards Autumn. Our yin yoga practice will focus on the Chinese meridians (energy lines) and organs associated with these seasons to help facilitate connection with our bodily rhythms at this time of year and plant seeds of health and wellbeing for the coming time period.
This is an intimate workshop with only 12 spaces to allow for sharing and connection.

About your facilitator:
Charlotte is a western trained medical Doctor having previously worked in the NHS now works privately offering psychotherapy, Hatha and Yin yoga classes, cacao ceremonies and kirtans. She trained with Deya from Cacao Amor and has been working with cacao for 5 years and trained with Norman Blair in advanced Yin Yoga. She has a deep love for the spirit of Mother Cacao and the therapeutic modality of Yin Yoga. She finds the pairing of the two incredibly synergistic. She holds a loving, warm, compassionate space to allow you to dive deep into your heart and soul to catalyse shifts in consciousness and the course of life for the better.
