Join this 10 weeks class series and create a self-caring ritual to weekly release your body and mind.In this class series we will work with Yin and Restorative yoga, with a gentle movement and a lot of stillness. This is a perfect class for those who want to release stress and tensions, and also for those who are physically very active and are looking to balance out their dynamic practice.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga stimulates the muscles, joints and tissues to allow better energy flow, releasing the tensions stored in the body, while the mind unwinds. You can expect staying in poses around 2-7 minutes, surrendering into deeper stretches, grounding, releasing tissues and muscles, nourishing joints and calming practices for the mind.
This practice helps to release the stress, improves overall mobility, stimulates energy flow and strengthens the immune system. Perfect weekly routine to unwind and nurture well-being.
The series is open for all levels.
