A peaceful haven in London
A llight-filled yoga sanctuary in Clapham. With neutral, earthy tones and soft natural textures, it’s a place to slow down, connect, and drop fully into the moment. The studio is fully equipped with yoga mats and all yoga props so you you’ll need, so you can simply arrive and practice — no need to bring a thing.
There is a bathroom, changeroom, and kitchen to make you feel right at home. This luxurious yet down-to-earth community studio hosts weekly classes, workshops, and events led by teachers from diverse backgrounds and lineages, who share the core beliefs that inclusivity is key and community is everything. The perfect place to rest, restore and reconnect.
Bring: Please bring a water bottle and small towel. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and we suggest to bring some warmer clothing and cosy socks for sound healing.

12pm - 12:15pm: Welcome
12:15pm - 1:45pm: Dynamic Yoga Practice
Amy will guide you through a strong, alignment-based vinyasa practice. Through intelligent sequencing, informed alignment, and yogic wisdom, students are encouraged to slow down and experience every moment of their lives. Practice will be challenging and awakening, yet accessible for all levels.
1:45pm – 2:30pm Group Catered Brunch
Communi.table will be catering the retreat providing nourishment for the body and soul, respecting seasonal produce from local farms in Kent. India is the Founder of Communi.Table, and her goal is to connect people back to the Source and back to the Soil. She believes that cooking is a life skill much forgotten, and that food is a tool for connection and community. The retreat will be vegeterian so expect delcious and nutricious salads with a vegan treat! Please let us know upon booking if you have any dietaries or allergies so we can cater for you.
2:30pm – 3:30pm: Yin Yoga
Amy will guide you through long, slow, and deep is one way to describe yin yoga. Postures are low to the ground and are held for longer periods of time to bring stillness and restoration to the body and mind. We believe in the balance, ease, and wholeness that Yin brings to students. There will be time to rest and digest and drop into a state of deep relaxation.
3:30pm – 4:15pm: Sound Healing Journey
Sound healing is the practice of using different sounds and instruments to create a deep connection with yourself, your intuition and improve your emotional well-being. Amy will guide you through sound healing sessions using pure quartz crystal singing bowls, incorporating mediation techniques, and using mantra and intention setting to allow you to dive deep into relaxation. Sound healing baths will be practiced lying down using props to support the body, offering a space to rest, unwind and heal through the frequency of sound.
