Myofascial release, lymphatic flow, & nervous system regulation through somatic flow, followed by a deep altered state breathwork journey.
About this Event

Appropriate for all levels. Bring mat, water, and optional eye mask and blanket for the breathwork component.

The NeuroSomatic Flow (NSF) is designed to release years of tension stored in the body, stored in the myofascial system. It generates greater lymphatic flow, supporting detox pathways; reduces stress and inflammation; while further incorporates some of the most potent movements and exercises intended to increase nervous system flexibility, resilience, and safety, all the while encouraging the movement and release of suppressed, repressed emotional and energetic content.

The practice will support restoring more optimal breathing patterns, improving lung function and capacity, and improving heart rate variability, blood circulation, and vagal tone.

We end with breathwork that will bring us into a deep state of relaxation and bliss, releasing serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, nitric oxide, anandamide, and endorphins.

The NSF practice and breathwork stimulate stem cell activity, mitochondrial activity, alkalize the entire body, lower inflammation, reduce stress, increase focus, elevate mood, increase growth hormone, blood flow to the brain, release brain-derived-neurotrophic-factor (BDNF) stimulating neurogenesis, and ultimately create an environment for deep healing on every level.
Expect to walk away feeling lighter, calmer, balanced, more grounded, energized, more structurally sound, inspired, connected to self, to the world around you, feeling safer in your body, and yes, expect to expand your capacity and container for joy.

The particular style of breathwork used generates states similar to psychedelics, in a very safe and natural way, facilitating healing on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual level.

It is the same breathwork style that Cambridge University is now using as part of one of the largest studies on breathwork done to date, and they're finding similar benefits for treatment of major depression like those found with psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Who it is for:

  • Those who carry stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
  • Anyone seeking steadiness rather than catharsis.
  • Those curious about breath as medicine for regulation and resilience.
  • Seekers longing for safety, rest, grounding, and a return to inner stability.
  • Those seeking integration.
  • Those seeking deeper spiritual connection and insight
  • Seeking to come fully alive, fully aligned, energized, with passion and purpose

What to expect:

  • Guided somatic grounding and movement, a nervous system flow with lymphatic movement and myofascial release, and a gentle 45 - 60 min breathwork journey
  • Space to soften, to listen, and to feel safe in your own body.
  • Practices that calm the vagus nerve, support integration, and invite your system into harmony.

Meet Tom Jasinski, owner of NeuroArkitect!

A bridge between science and spirit, coherence and soul. Guide in nervous system coherence, architect of breath, poet, somatic facilitator, steward of remembrance, sanctuary holder.

I walk the bridge between worlds — where science bows to spirit, and the breath becomes the key to your temple within.

Here, the language of the nervous system and the language of the soul speak as one. This is the sanctuary I hold: a place where your body is the sacred text, and you are remembered whole.

The Journey That Shaped This Work:

My path began in the grounded realms of science — the study of the brain, the body, and the intricate ways we regulate and survive. But behind the scientist’s voice, another voice called. One that spoke of ceremony, of remembrance, of the breath as a living bridge to the infinite.

For years, I moved between these worlds — clinician and ceremonialist — until the boundary dissolved. Now, the work I share is not one or the other, but the weaving of both.

***

Why This Matters to You:

I know what it is to feel disconnected, unmoored, searching for the place where you can finally exhale. This work offers that place. A space where safety is not a concept but a lived experience. Where your own breath reveals what has been waiting for you all along.

Roots and Training:

My foundations are in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and somatic practice — deepened through polyvagal-informed approaches, ceremonial breathwork, trauma-sensitive facilitation, and initiations in the mystery schools of harmonic resonance and sacred geometry. Each is a thread in the weaving I now offer to you.

Yet beyond credentials, it is presence, lived experience, and soul-knowing that shape this space.
